Nomination for Versatile Blogger Award
I’m still trying to figure out how this works, I hope I’m doing it right. Regardless, I want to thank Mandy for nominating me for the award.
Thank the person who gave you this award. That’s common courtesy.
Thanks Mandy. What a great way to make a new friend.
Include a link to their blog. That’s also common courtesy
Next, select 7 blogs/bloggers that you’ve recently discovered or follow regularly. ( I would add, pick blogs or bloggers that are excellent!)
All new friends on WordPress.
Nominate those 7 bloggers for the Versatile Blogger Award — you might include a link to this site.
Finally, tell the person who nominated you 7 things about yourself.
My favorite number is seven for a variety of reasons.
While I only have four sons, I feel that I have seven children; four sons, two daughter-in-laws, and one “significant other”.
My birth date is 07/07 – the year doesn’t fit the “7” scheme so I’m skipping it (No other reason – Ha). But it is before 1977 and after 1907.
I could easily make the argument that I am working on seven different books right now — in seven different genres; is that a blessing or a curse?
I proposed to my wife of 30 years (this year), a month Before the seventh month, and we were married the month After the seventh month – not the same year!
I teach part-time at a private Christian school, but NOT seven days a week.
A “normal” day involves teaching in the morning, working in the woodworking/cabinet shop I own with two of my brothers in the afternoon, and “camping out” in front of my iPad for several hours each night to try to figure out this writing thing. A seven hour day? Yeah, right. A seventeen hour day? Sometimes.
